Allow yourself to pause in this moment and become fully present.
Begin to notice each breath and how it naturally becomes slower as you follow it.
Your mind is becoming quiet and your nerves calm…sending and receiving fewer signals of action.
You find your belly and ribcage expanding as you inhale and retreating inward as you exhale.
Your lungs are filling deeply and emptying completely.
There is nothing more to do in this moment but to notice each breath as it comes and goes, in a natural flow.
Your breath is always there to return to…ready to carry you to a more peaceful place.
